By the 1930s, Steuben Glass transitioned to creating luxury products out of an incredibly colorless optical glass. The “Gazelle Bowl”, designed by famed designer Sidney Waugh and engraved by master engraver Joseph Libisch, is a fine example of Steuben’s move to colorless glass.
